All rights, title, and interest in and to the platform remain the exclusive property of SuperChatbots.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of our services complies with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and communication laws.
Fees for our services are agreed upon in advance. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.
All platform technology, software, branding, and content remain the property of SuperChatbots. Clients retain ownership of their own data.
Our services may include AI-generated outputs. While we strive for accuracy, SuperChatbots does not guarantee that outputs will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for specific purposes. Clients remain responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs.
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as messaging services, CRMs, and APIs. SuperChatbots is not responsible for outages, errors, or limitations caused by third-party services.
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperChatbots shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
We may suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms immediately cease.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the European Union and the Netherlands, where applicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
